User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) explains specific responsibilities that apply when you use STL’s
AI voice and SMS agents, call handling, and related automation (the “AI Services”).
By enabling or using any AI Services, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict, this Agreement controls with respect to AI Services.
1. Your Role vs. Our Role
STL provides tools that allow you to automate conversations with leads and clients, including phone
calls, SMS, and email. We are a technology provider only. You remain fully responsible for:
- How and when you choose to contact people using the AI Services;
- What information you feed into the system (scripts, prompts, contact lists, CRM data);
- Reviewing AI outputs where necessary before acting on them.
We do not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and we do not act as your broker, agent,
or fiduciary.
2. Consent for Calls, Texts, and Recording
Many jurisdictions require consent for automated calls, texts, and call recording. By using the AI
Services you represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained all required consent from each contact before initiating calls or texts;
- You will honor any opt‑out, “do not call”, or unsubscribe requests promptly;
- You will configure your campaigns, scripts, and settings to comply with applicable laws,
including TCPA, state telemarketing laws, and international equivalents where relevant;
- You will comply with all call‑recording and privacy laws, including giving any required notices
that a call may be monitored or recorded.
You agree that STL is not responsible for your failure to obtain or document consent.
3. AI Identity and Disclosures
Depending on the jurisdiction and context, you may be required to disclose that a caller or texter
is an AI system. You are responsible for:
- Choosing how your AI agent introduces itself and identifying it as an AI where required;
- Ensuring that scripts and prompts you provide are truthful and not misleading;
- Reviewing and updating your disclosures if laws or regulations change in your area.
4. Content and Use of AI Outputs
The AI Services generate responses based on your configuration and inputs. You understand and agree that:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some contexts;
- You will not rely on AI outputs as the sole source of truth for legal, financial, or professional advice;
- You will supervise and spot‑check calls and messages, especially during initial deployment;
- You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI outputs.
5. Your Data and Contact Lists
You may upload or sync contact information, call logs, CRM data, and other content into the AI Services.
You confirm that:
- You have the right to provide this data to STL and to use it in the ways you configure;
- You will not upload data that violates the rights of others or any law;
- You will respect privacy choices and data subject rights of your contacts.
We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide and improve
the Service.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the AI Services to:
- Send unsolicited or mass marketing messages without proper consent;
- Promote illegal products or services;
- Target vulnerable individuals in an abusive or deceptive way;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Bypass or interfere with caller ID, spam protections, or blocking mechanisms.
7. Monitoring and Quality Assurance
We may monitor aggregate usage patterns and certain interactions for the purpose of operating,
securing, and improving the AI Services. We do not listen to or read every call or message, but we
may review specific interactions:
- To investigate abuse, security incidents, or support requests;
- To troubleshoot technical issues;
- Where required by law.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
The AI Services are designed to help you respond faster and manage your pipeline more efficiently.
We do not guarantee any particular results, such as:
- A specific number of appointments, listings, or closed deals;
- Any particular revenue, profit, or return on investment.
Any examples of performance are illustrations only and are not promises about your own results.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the AI Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably
believe that:
- Your use violates this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or applicable law;
- Your use creates a security risk or operational risk for us or others;
- We are required to do so by a partner provider or by law.
Where reasonable, we will try to give you advance notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.
10. Relationship to Other Terms
This Agreement is part of and incorporates our Terms of Service.
Capitalized terms used here without definition have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not enable or use the AI Services.
