Steed Tech Labs (“STL”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI‑powered communication tools for real estate professionals, including voice agents, SMS agents, scheduling, and related automation. We do not act as a licensed real estate brokerage, lender, or legal advisor.

STL gives you tools to place and receive calls, send and receive SMS, and respond using AI‑generated content. You are solely responsible for:
We do not guarantee that any script, prompt, or configuration will on its own make you compliant. You should consult with your own legal counsel about your obligations.
Some plans include a free trial period. If you continue beyond the trial, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the subscription fees shown to you when you sign up, plus any applicable taxes. Fees are typically billed in advance on a monthly basis.
The Service may integrate with services like Twilio, Stripe, Calendly, CRMs, and other providers. Those services are not controlled by us and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of any third‑party service is solely between you and that provider.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, branding, and content (excluding the content and data you provide). You may not copy, modify, sell, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly allowed in these Terms.
You own your data and customer lists. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, process, and display that data only as needed to provide and improve the Service and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will end, but sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Steed Tech Labs is organized, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
